All of our products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.

Please note that processing time does not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

If your tracking has not updated for several days or you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered production. Orders returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
